Office Administrator – Full Time – Salary – £17,500-£20,000
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly capable Administrator/Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our small Architectural business in Yatton.
Main duties:
- Opening/closing the office 9am/5pm
- Booking meetings and diary management
- Email management
- Dealing with clients on telephone/email/in person
- Dealing with local Councils & businesses regarding planning applications & building control
- Progressing jobs through planning & building control
- Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
- Typing letters and quotations
- Ensuring the office is presentable, clean and tidy, at all times
- Regularly updating the Facebook business page
- Ordering stationery
- Being the contact for IT and telephone support
- Filing
- Maintaining the company spreadsheets
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Close attention to detail
- Computer literate with experience in Word and Excel
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
- Experience in Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll is beneficial but not essential
- Experience in the Architectural/Property Industry is beneficial but not essential
