We found JLS Design Services in the local press. We had already been through design and planning with another architect but, after the planning permission expired we decided we wanted to take a fresh look at the potential of our home.
From start to finish both Jackie and Ken were engaged in the process and kept us up to date with developments with the various applications that were required and how plans were progressing. Ken was always patient, positive and constructive with the numerous alterations we made before finalising our plans and always came across as genuinely excited at what was to be carried out with our home.
