Office Administrator – Full Time – Salary – £17,500-£20,000

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly capable Administrator/Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our small Architectural business in Yatton.

Main duties:

  • Opening/closing the office 9am/5pm
  • Booking meetings and diary management
  • Email management
  • Dealing with clients on telephone/email/in person
  • Dealing with local Councils & businesses regarding planning applications & building control
  • Progressing jobs through planning & building control
  • Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
  • Typing letters and quotations
  • Ensuring the office is presentable, clean and tidy, at all times
  • Regularly updating the Facebook business page
  • Ordering stationery
  • Being the contact for IT and telephone support
  • Filing
  • Maintaining the company spreadsheets

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Close attention to detail
  • Computer literate with experience in Word and Excel
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Experience in Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in the Architectural/Property Industry is beneficial but not essential
